Jamie has been working with children of all ages as an actress, teacher, and entertainer for the past ten years. She has taught numerous music and movement classes in Miami, Florida and at Citibabes and Kaplan Nursery School in New York City. Before moving to New York, Jamie studied theatre at the University of Texas at Austin and also taught music at various summer camps. Jamie has also performed in many off-broadway children’s theater productions, most recently as the Rock and Roll Granny in Laurie Berkners’ new musical, “Wanda’s Monster.” Learn more about Jamie on her acting website, www.jamiekolnick.com
Kelly has always loved working with children. She’s worked as a teacher and a camp counselor with several institutions, including Chicago Children’s Theatre, The Music Institute of Chicago, and Columbus Children’s Theatre. While attending Northwestern University, she was a performer in ImagiNU, a saturday morning program in which children can explore the upcoming shows in the Northwestern Season, and in several children’s musicals, including Of Mice and Manhattan and The Secret Garden. Jeff started working with children at the age of fifteen as a gymnastics coach in West Texas. Since moving to New York, Jeff has been working in children’s music for the New York Kids Club as well as For Kids Only. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in classical music and is primarily a musical theatre performer. Charlie first started working with children while attending college in Orlando, Florida as a music director for an after school youth choir. He went on to graduate from Rollins College with a degree in Vocal Performance and a minor in education, obtaining his teacher’s license. He has worked at many theme parks in Florida, including Disney World as a member of the Voices of Liberty. In 2011 he made the big move to NYC, where he has worked for many after school programs with children of all ages and continues his love of sharing music.
Sara is a musician, songwriter, comedienne, and Nanny in New York City, as well as studying to be a Montessori teacher. She has an extensive creative background and loves sharing her passion for entertaining with children. She is a graduate of a Waldorf School, and studied acting at Virginia Commonwealth University and The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in Manhattan. While being a camp counselor at Camp Lindenmere, she facilitated Improv Workshops for the campers. She also ran the drama/dance department at Incarnation Summer Camp. Sara writes original children’s music, but her specialty is writing customized songs that she would be very excited to write for your child’s special day!
Uton is an artist who fell in love with performing and the power of imagination from an early age. While in college, he continued to study music and theatre while earning his degree from Rutgers College at Rutgers University, performing in choirs, bands, acapella groups, and shows. Since graduating, he has found success both as an actor and singer/musician, performing regionally and in music clubs and playhouses all over New York.
